How Internet works?

How Internet Works ?

Have you thought any time how internet came to us, if you are thinking about satellites it is partially true but we can not consider it as a answer so question is "How internet works?"

The answer is 99% of internet work through cables which is spread through sea and we call them "Submarine cables" or "Optic-fibre cables". A company who provide this type of services or doing work to spread this cables into sea we call it a "Tier 1" network company. Below link will describe all Tier 1 company which will work across the world. In india “TATA” works as a Tier 1 company and now Relience Jio also spread their cables across India – europe, so this was one of the reason why Reliance Jio provide cheaper internet access in India.

You can also check all Tier 1 Network companys from here,

Below image describe the blueprint of that cabels

You can also visit below site which give you more information on submarine cabels

So now Tier 1 company done that work, they connect whole world through submarine cables so now Tier 2 company come into picture they spread the wire lines on land and connect then with towers through which you can get the internet.Sometimes tier 3 companies comes into the picture,
this all companies are basically local companies, who buys internet access from Tier 2 companies. Tikona is a Tier 3 company.

Why You getting low bandwidth?

Sometimes, you might facing a problem of low bandwidth and there could be specific reasons for that, Tier 2 companies povide you internet through cabel or Towers and they have fixed some bandwidth for each tower so all the bandwidth for the tower is spread across all the users connected to it, so sometimes more users comes to acess internet bandwidth spread across that all users and they got low bandwith and same way in night-time more users not connected to that tower so you got high bandwidth at night time.
